Japanese media reported that Wu Jianghao, assistant to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of China, will take over as the ambassador to Japan; Japan has agreed that Wu Jianghao will replace Kong Yiyou as the arrangement of the Chinese ambassador to Japan.
The Kyodo News Agency on Monday (March 14) quoted a number of sources of Japanese -Chinese relations reports that the Japanese government agreed after receiving opinions from the Chinese government for soliciting opinions on the new Chinese ambassador to Japan.
Wu Jianghao, 61, has studied Japanese major at the Shanghai Academy of Foreign Languages, and has rich work experience in Japan.He served as the second -class secretary of the Chinese Embassy in Japan in 1993, and was promoted to the first -class secretary; since 2002, he has been a counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Japan for six years.Wu Jianghao was the assistant to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of China in 2020.
