China National People's Conference Saturday (March 11) voted and elected some new national institutions leaders, including voting through Li Qiang as the new premier of the State Council.
After completing the each agenda, the meeting ended at about 12 noon. Before the Chinese President Xi Jinping left the market, he shook hands with Li Keqiang, the former Premier Li Keqiang, who had just stepped down. Xi Jinping also gently patted Li Keqiang's right shoulder with his left hand.
