Fu Gui served as a member of the Solomon Islands from 2010 to 2020, and served as Minister of Education, Minister of Human Resources Development and Public Service Minister.
Fu Gui also has a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Kanterbury University in New Zealand, as well as a master's degree in political science from the University of Hawaii.He left his wife Jennifer and four children.
