Formula 1 (Formula 1) said that after discussing with the promoters and related parties, due to the continuous impact of the crown disease epidemic, the 2023 China Grand Prix will not be held.
According to the Dow Jones News Agency, Formula 1, a subsidiary of Liberty Media Corp, released the 2023 season arrangement in September this year, and declared that the Chinese station will return.
Since 2019, the F1 has not been held in China due to restrictions related to resistance. These epidemic prevention measures have recently triggered protests in some major cities in China.
F1 said that other options are being evaluated to fill the vacancies caused by the absence of the Chinese station in the 2023 season.
