According to the Sing Tao Daily of Hong Kong, the Shenzhen Municipal Transportation Bureau revealed that as of Tuesday (October 4), the Momwan cross -sea channel has been excavated for 140 meters.The "Pengcheng" shield machine has been successfully entered, and it is expected to be excavated in October to accelerate the construction of the tunnel.According to the plan, the Mom Bay Cross -Sea Channel will be opened to traffic in 2023.

The Mom Bay cross -sea channel project is located in the western part of Shenzhen, passing through the two areas of Qianhai Mom Bay and Baoan Dajo Bay.From the south of the route, the intersection of the Mom Bay Avenue and the Moon Bay Avenue crossed the waters of Qianwan to the north. Finally, it ended at the intersection of the Dajiao Bay Toll Station of the River Expressway and Jinwan Avenue and Xixiang Avenue.

It is reported that after the completion of the Mother Bay cross -sea tunnel, it will improve the overseas road network structure in the "Special Economic Zone" in the "Special Economic Zone", connect the Shishu Port freight transportation in Nanshan Port District, and promote the traffic in the Guangdong -Hong Kong -Macao Greater Bay Area.Interconnection has an important role.
