The Cambodian General Administration of Immigration reported that 920 foreigners are currently waiting to be repatriated at the Cambodian Immigration Center, including 674 Chinese citizens.
According to the Cambodian and Central Times, the Cambodian Immigration General Administration reported that 1,450 foreigners have been deported in the first nine months of this year.They are from 32 countries and regions, including 390 Chinese citizens.They are engaged in illegal criminal activities such as telecommunications fraud in Cambodia.
Last year, a total of 3,594 foreigners were deported, most of which were Vietnamese citizens, including 266 Chinese citizens.
In July and August of this year, the Director of the Cambodian Immigration Administration, Ji Zhaoli, met with the person in charge of the China -Cambodia Law Enforcement Cooperation Office two times to increase the in -depth exchanges of cracking down on multinational crimes.
It is reported that Jiza Tower has highly evaluated the results of law enforcement cooperation between the two countries. It is hoped that through the China -Cambodia law enforcement cooperation office, it will continue to strengthen information sharing and experience exchanges with China to further combat various transnational crimes.
