People familiar with the matter said that Huang Guobin, a high -end banker who has been working in JP Morgan Chase for seven years, is taking a long holiday to spend time with his family and will return to the company next year as a consultant.

According to Bloomberg, people familiar with the matter revealed that Huang Guobin handed over the post of CEO of Morgan Chase Securities (China) Co., Ltd. in April and will become the company's senior consultant in a few months.People familiar with the matter said that this will enable the bank to make good use of his domestic experience and customer connections.

Huang Guobin moved from Hong Kong to Shanghai in October 2020 to help build trading and investment banking business.He also participated in the work of ensuring that the Bank of America could wholly controlled Morgan Chase Securities (China) Co., Ltd., which has been making money in the past two years.Earlier this year, he paid his position in China to Lu Fang, the deputy of the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
