Dong Wenqin, Mayor of Yichun City, Heilongjiang, performs a new job

Before adjustment, Dong Wenqin was the deputy secretary and mayor of Yichun Municipal Party Committee, Yuan Fangjiang was the deputy secretary of the Jixi Municipal Party Committee (at the level), and the secretary of the Jidong County Party Committee.The Organization Department of the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee issued a public announcement on August 30. Dong Wenqin was proposed to be the prefecture -level city party committee secretary. Yuan Fangjiang planned to nominate the candidate for the mayor of the prefecture -level city.

Public information shows that Dong Wenqin, female, Han nationality, born in October 1972, graduate student of the Provincial Party School, member of the Communist Party of China.

She used to be the deputy county head of Yilan County, the member of the Standing Committee of the Yilan County Party Committee, the Minister of the Organization Department, the county chief of Fangzheng County, the secretary of the Founder County Party Committee.The Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and later served as Executive Deputy Mayor.

In June 2021, she was the deputy secretary of the Yichun Municipal Party Committee and the mayor of the mayor. The mayor was elected the following month.

Yuan Fangjiang, male, Han nationality, born in March 1977, working graduate, member of the Communist Party of China.

He used to be a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Northeast Agricultural University, Vice President and Dean of the School of Marxism. In December 2017, he served as Secretary of the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee of the Communist Youth League.The county party secretary has been new to this.
