Yu Changming was born in 1965 and had a 14 -year work experience in the Chongqing Municipal Party Committee.
Since 2001, he has served as the deputy director and director of the Secretary of the General Office of the Chongqing Municipal Party Committee, director of the Chongqing Municipal Party Committee Inspection Office, Deputy Secretary -General of the Chongqing Municipal Committee, and director of the inspection office.In October 2012, he served as Deputy Secretary -General of the Chongqing Municipal Party Committee and director of the General Office.
In July 2015, he was transferred to the secretary of the Qianjiang District Party Committee, and in August 2021, he served as Secretary of the Dadukou District Party Committee.
