The mainland committee of Taiwan landed on Typhoon "Ge Mei", which led to more than 620,000 people in Fujian Province, mainland China, to express condolences and care.

The Taiwan MAC issued a statement on the official website on Saturday (July 27) that after the typhoon "Ge Mei" invaded Taiwan, it landed on the Putian coast of Putian, Fujian on Thursday (July 25).According to mainland media reports, the affected people have exceeded 600,000.

The MAC said, at the same time, in view of the frequent spread of natural disasters from extreme climate, heavy rainfall in mainland China has continued to rain.Severe floods and casualties occurred, and disaster relief personnel were even in danger.

The MAC expresses sincere condolences and care about the disaster -oriented land people.If necessary, Taiwan is willing to provide necessary assistance, and it is also expected that the relevant disaster relief work will be carried out smoothly. The victims can break away from flooding and rebuild their homes as soon as possible.

The MAC emphasized that due to the beauty of the Taiwan style, the ships around Taiwan were stranded and urgently went to Taiwan to avoid the wind. Some mainland crew members were rescued and properly resettled.After the Taiwan government will assist mainland crew returned to mainland China or work place after the weather conditions and storms are stable.The Taiwan government will continue to pay attention to relevant disaster news and care for the situation of the people and Taiwanese businessmen through the pipeline to provide necessary assistance.
