It is necessary to continuously improve the level of nuclear power safety technology and risk prevention capabilities, strengthen the safety supervision of the entire chain in the field, ensure that nuclear power safety is foolproof, and promote the long -term healthy development of the industry.
Sources said that the five nuclear power project approved above includes the first phase of the Jiangsu Xuyu of China Nuclear Group, the Guangdong Lufeng No. 1 Project of China Guang Nuclear Group, the first phase of Shandong Zhaoyuan, and Zhejiang SanThe second phase of Australia, as well as the Guangxi Bailong Phase I project of China State Electric Power Group, a total of 11 new nuclear power units.
The cycle from approval to the completion of the nuclear power unit is generally 56 to 60 months, and the investment amount of a nuclear power unit is about 20 billion yuan (about S $ 3.6 billion).Based on this calculation, 11 nuclear power units are expected to invest over 220 billion yuan.
Of the five projects above, the three projects have a total of six units affiliated to China Guang Nuclear Group.Among them, Jiangsu Xuyu, Shandong Zhaoyuan, and Guangxi Bailong are the latest approval of nuclear power plants.
