Since Russian missiles and drones continue to kill civilians in Ukraine, most attacks are launched from Russia. Ukraine has the right to deploy long -range weapons to fight these goals and enter Russia to stop further attacks.EssenceThe ability to limit Ukraine is actually required to tie one hand to the back of the battle.

Russian President Putin does not recognize Ukraine's sovereignty and has invaded the country twice since 2014.Fortunately, the courage of the Ukrainian people frustrated his attempt to conquer the country.

After two and a half years of defending their homes, people have clearly realized that Ukraines will never succumb to Russia's tyranny. But despite their stubborn resistance, Putin's barbaric aggression war continued. If Ukraine's allies cannot show the necessary determination, this conflict may last for several years and destroy Europe's stability.

In addition, the increasingly militarian Russia not only threatens Ukraine, but also threatens the entire world, and it may bring catastrophic consequences. The war initiated by Russia has caused impact on all parts of the world, pushing high energy and food prices, and endangering nuclear security. In addition, Russia also violated many basic principles of international law and destroyed the stability of global order.

In order to promote peace, Ukrainian allies must let Putin understand how the end of the war is not what he can determine. They can achieve this through the following ways: to strive for global support for peace agreements based on the basic principles of international law, strengthen Ukraine's battlefield situation, provide long -term security guarantees, and outline a clear path to NATO.

Putin attempts to extend the war, while Ukrainian President Zeleizki actively seek sustainable peace. This summer, he summoned representatives from more than 90 countries to gather in Switzerland to propose a 10 -point peace plan for support for himself. The plan called for strengthening nuclear security, resolving the negative impact of conflicts on the environment, and Russia's full withdrawal.

Global pressure is important for reaching an agreement, but long -lasting peace also requires strong security guarantee.Considering that Russia has repeatedly violated various treaties and committed a wide range of war crimes, it has proved that it ignores international law and basic human rights, and peace cannot rely only on Putin's commitment. The ending of the war depends on Ukraine's self -defense ability.

The priority is to strengthen the battlefield situation of Ukraine. As Russian missiles and drones continue to kill civilians nationwide, and most of the attacks were launched from Russia. Ukraine has the right to deploy long -range weapons to fight these goals and enter Russia to stop further attacks. The ability to limit Ukraine is actually required to tie one hand to the back of the battle. The Ukrainian troops have repeatedly proved that they can use the weapons provided by the West efficiently and responsible, and now they are also the time for all the remaining restrictions on weapon types and use methods.

In addition to providing support immediately, Ukraine's allies must also promise to provide military equipment and financial resources when needed. As a part of the Kyiv Security Compact drafted together, Ukraine has obtained long -term security assurance of more than 30 countries, and it is time to prove that these guarantees are true and effective.

In the next few months, we will focus on ensuring that these guarantees can be fulfilled. This includes supervising its execution, the threat of continuous changes in assessment, and pointing out how Ukraine's security demand is consistent with European wider defense strategies.

NATO must be decisively incorporated into Ukraine

However, it is not enough to prevent Putin from overwhelming peace by security alone.Ukrainian allies should expand their support and take measures such as helping to train their troops, deploy private contractors or professional military teams in Ukraine, and repair damaged equipment on the spot.Neighboring allies can establish extended air defense shields over the western Ukraine to block Russian missiles and drones that are coming, saving civilian lives, so that Ukraine can re -deploy air defense systems to the front line.

Each of these measures will undoubtedly strengthen the future negotiation position of Ukraine, but in the final analysis, the only way to ensure that Europe's long -term peace and security is to include Ukraine into NATO.Leaving Ukraine in the gray area between Russia and NATO will only spur more turbulence, aggression and violence.NATO leaders must act decisively to provide a path to NATO for Ukraine.Although this does not mean that Ukraine will join immediately, such a commitment will send a strong signal to Putin: the war he launched does not stop Ukraine from joining NATO in the end.

In the face of Putin's highly militarized and increasingly revenge Russia, Ukraine and allies must keep in mind the ancient Roman saying: "Si Vis Pacem, Para Bellum).Over the past two and a half years, the Ukraine people show their firm determination to defend freedom. But in order to achieve lasting peace, the international community must be courageous and powerful to support and maintain it.
