The director of the Macau Tourism Bureau Wen Qihua said that Hong Kong passengers visiting Australia in the first half of this year have returned to more than 90 % before the crown disease epidemic, and overseas passengers have returned to nearly 20 % before the epidemic.
According to Hong Kong Zhongtong News Agency, Wen Qihua interviewed during the event on Saturday (July 22) that the number of entry passengers in Macau in July was good.It reaches 80,000.
She also said that since the restoration of Hong Kong and Macao's full customs clearance, Hong Kong passengers visiting Australia every month have resumed to 90 % of the top of the epidemic, which was closer to comprehensive recovery last month. At present, the official is cooperating with different travel agencies in Hong Kong to launch tourism packages and strengthen the promotion of Macau tourism.
As for overseas passengers, Wen Qihua believes that because the volume of flights still takes time to recover to the pre -epidemic level, the Macau Tourism Administration will cooperate with airlines to launch preferential tickets to attract more overseas passengers to visit Australia.
