Singapore and China on Thursday (December 7)Tianjin held a meeting of the New Central China Bilateral Cooperation Committee (JCBC) meeting. Vice Premier and Minister of Finance Huang Xuncai revealed at the meeting that, on the basis of the continuous increase in new Chinese flights, the two parties will use 30 days of mutual visa -free arrangements to strengthen the exchanges between the two countries.
Huang Xuncai, who was visiting China on Thursday morning in Tianjin, co -hosted the annual JCBC meeting with Ding Xuexiang, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China and Deputy Prime Minister of the State Council.
Huang Xuncai said at the meeting that this year's JCBC meeting has special significance.First of all, this is the first JCBC meeting after the two parties promoted the bilateral relations to a comprehensive and high -quality forward -looking partnership.This is also the first time he and Chinese Deputy Prime Minister Ding Xuexiang co -hosted the JCBC meeting.
Huang Xuncai said that this year's JCBC was held in the context of the global economy facing anti -wind, rising geopolitical uncertainty, and global warming. The two countries joined hands and strengthened cooperation under turbulence, which became more important.
He pointed out that while the new China has consolidated cooperation in traditional fields such as trade investment, it also expands and deepen cooperation in new fields, including digital and green economy, and integrating sustainable solutions in development.In addition, the two countries have cooperated in the fields of financial interconnection, food security, and smart cities.
Huang Xuncai said that the basis for supporting these cooperation projects is personnel exchanges, and the number of personnel between the two parties is increasing, and the flights between the two places have increased to the level near the epidemic.
