China Petrochemical Group announced on Friday (June 30) that the company's Xinjiang Kukou Green Hydrogen Demonstration Project was smoothly produced, which is the first 10,000 -ton photovoltaic hydrogen project in China.
According to Xinhua News Agency, Liu Shiliang, general manager of Sinopec's Star Company, said that the above -mentioned projects use the hydrogen of solar resources in Xinjiang, and the purity of hydrogen produced is 99.9%.
He revealed that the construction content of this project mainly includes photovoltaic power generation, transmission line circuit, electrolytic hydrogen, hydrogen storage, public engineering and supporting assistance production facilities.The above -mentioned projects have an electrolytic water -based hydrogen -making capacity of 20,000 tons, 210,000 cubic meters of hydrogen storage capacity per year, and a hydrogen transmitting capacity of 28,000 cubic meters per hour.
It is reported that green hydrogen is directly produced through solar energy, wind energy and other renewable energy power generation, and greenhouse gases are basically not generated during the production process.Therefore, the green hydrogen produced by the above projects will replace the existing natural gas fossil energy hydrogen, and can also reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 485,000 tons each year.
Wang Yanxin, manager of the Science and Technology Information Department of Sinopec's Star Company, said that the photovoltaic components, electrolytic grooves, hydrogen storage tanks, hydrogen pipelines and other equipment used in the project have all realized localization, effectively promoting China's hydrogen energy equipment and equipment andThe development of hydrogen energy industry chain.
At the same time, Sinopec has also begun to establish the world's largest green hydrogen -hydrogen -hydrogen -hydrocrological coal chemical project in Ordos, Inner Mongolia.The project includes five parts: wind energy and photovoltaic power generation, transmission and transformation, electrolytic hydrogen, hydrogen storage, and hydrogen hydrogen. The total investment is about 5.7 billion yuan (about S $ 1.063 billion), and 30,000 tons of green hydrogen -based green hydrogen after operation.
