The first session of the 14th session of the National People's Congress on Sunday (March 5) was held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing at 9 am, and a total of 2,948 representatives attended the meeting.
The agenda of this meeting includes: listening to the report of the Premier Li Keqiang on the government's work; reviewing the implementation of the State Council on the implementation of the National Economic and Social Development Plan for 2022 and the draft of the National Economic and Social Development Plan for 2023Draft National Economic and Social Development Plan in 2023.
The meeting will also review the report of the State Council's report on the implementation of the central and local budgets in 2022 and the draft of the central and local budgets in 2023, the draft of the central and local budgets in 2023;Explanation of the draft of the Chinese legislative law amendment.
In addition, the meeting will also vote on the draft decision on the establishment of the 14th National People's Congress Special Committee;The draft of the Measures; the draft chairman, deputy chairman, and members of the 14th National People's Congress Constitution and the Legal Committee of the National People's Congress; and the draft list of the chairman, deputy chairman, and members of the 14th National People's Congress Finance and Economic Committee.
