Comprehensive Beijing Daily Client and Beijing News reported that according to the Chinese Earthquake Network, a magnitude 4.3 earthquake occurred in Pingshan County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei, at 1:00 on October 3, with a depth of 10 kilometers in depth.The epicenter is located at 38.35 degrees north latitude and 113.73 degrees east longitude.

According to the news of the emergency administrative officer of Hebei Province, the epicenter was 11 kilometers north of Xiaojue Town, Xiaojue Town, Pingshan County, 11 kilometers northeast of Xiakou Town, Pingshan County, and 11 kilometers west of Xiahuai Town, Pingshan County, 42 kilometers from Pingshan County74 kilometers in Shijiazhuang City.

According to the Hebei Provincial Earthquake Emergency Plan, the Provincial Government decided to start the provincial earthquake -level emergency response from 4:20 am on October 3, 2022.
