Tan Ruisong, male, Han nationality, born in February 1962, from You County, Hunan, joined the work in August 1983, joined the Communist Party of China in June 1985, undergraduate undergraduate and Harbin Engineering University of Aeronautical Engine Design and Manufacturing of Beijing Aviation AcademyMaster of Power of Shipping, Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering of Harbin University of Engineering, senior engineer -level senior engineer.

After being investigated by Tan Ruisong, from January to August this year, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection officially publicly notified the investigated central management cadres to rise to 40.
