The US Ministry of Finance reported on Wednesday (July 24) on the official website.The ballistic missiles and the space plan rely on the materials and components purchased by foreign procurement, and said that North Korea uses a wide range of overseas procurement agency networks, including officials from North Korean diplomacy or trade offices, and nationals of the third country.

North Korea also uses foreign companies to purchase items to support its ballistic missiles and weapons.The report pointed out that these companies were integrated and re -packaged to North Korea.

According to the US Ministry of Finance, this so -called "SHI Qianpei Network" has participated in helping North Korea's ballistic missiles and space plans to procure items, and blatantly violated a number of UN Security Council resolutions.

Shi Qianpei is a Chinese citizen. He is the main coordinator of the North Korean Second Academy of Natural Sciences, Choe Chol Min, to help buy items such as metal boards that are known for the production of North Korean missiles.

In addition to Shi Qianpei, the other five in this network are Du Jiaxin, Wang Dongliang, Chen Tianxin, Shi Anhui, and Han Dejian.Shi Anhui and Chen Tianxin are the families of Shi Qianpei. Du Jiaxin and Wang Dongliang are the employees of Shi Qianpei. Han Dejian is a supplier of a metal alloy plate. Han Dejian provides metal materials to Shi Qianpei.

The Deputy Minister of the U.S. Treasury responsible for terrorism and financial intelligence, said that North Korea's continued development of ballistic missile technology "is neither irresponsible to regional and international communities, but also destroys stability."He added: "The United States is still committed to using our tools to perform these international sanctions, including the illegal procurement network that provides key assistance to these technologies, and pursues the responsibility of those who try to promote these activities."

Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesman Mao Ning on Thursday (July 25) at a routine press conference that the sanctions could not solve the problem of the Korean Peninsula, while opposing illegal unilateral sanctions.
