The Hurun Research Institute released the latest Hurun Global Rich List on Thursday (March 23). Although it decreased by 164 last year, China still led the world with 969 billion US dollars entrepreneurs.
According to the press release of the Hurun Research Institute on the official website, the world has reduced the average of five billion U.S. dollars per week in the past year, three of which are in China.The number of billion -dollar entrepreneurs around the world is 269 less than last year, which is the most reduced number of people over the years, reaching 3,112.
Although China has reduced 164 -bit, it still leads the world with 969 billion US dollars entrepreneurs; the second in the United States, 691, a decrease of 25 yuan from last year.China and the United States have 53%of the world's top 100 billion US dollars.India ranks third with 187 people, 28 less than last year.Germany replaced Britain and ranked fourth with 144 people.
Last year, 445 people were selected as the Hurun Global Rich List. It was the largest number of people in the list over the years.(40).
Last year, there were 176 new noodles on the list, up to 69 people in China (accounting for 40 %), followed by the United States (26th), and the third was India (16).
New York replaced Shanghai, becoming the second largest city of one billion US dollars entrepreneurs.Beijing is still ranked first.Only Milan, Seoul, and Bangkok's one billion US dollars entrepreneurs have increased in the past year, adding six, three, and two respectively.
In 2023, the wealth calculation deadline for Hurun's global rich list is January 16, 2023.This is the 12 consecutive years of Hurun Research Institute to release the global rich list.
