I also think that the DPP does not have this courage.

Because the Democratic Progressive Party knows that as long as they dare to announce that all men and women in Taiwan should take for several years of military service, they will be spurred by voters in the general election and loses the regime they want to protect.Ma Ying -jeou's first battle is the final battle.
