Public information shows that Lu Xinning, 58, is from Huaian, Jiangsu.She has been working in the People's Daily for a long time since August 1991. She has successively served as editors, deputy leaders, team leaders, deputy director, and director of the comment department.
Since December 2014, Lu Xinning is promoted to the deputy editor -in -chief and continues to be the director of the comment department.Starting in September 2018, while serving as the deputy editor -in -chief, Lu Xinning concurrently served as chairman of the People's Daily Co., Ltd., until March 2019 as the Deputy Director of the Hong Kong China United Nations Office.
According to the Hong Kong Ming Daily, Lu Xinning was responsible for publicity and higher education after serving as the deputy director of the Hong Kong China United Nations Office.This time, she was appointed as a member of the Party Committee and Standing Committee of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
