Affected by the remnants of the typhoon "Anemone", Shenzhen and Hong Kong have settled historically records from the evening of Thursday (September 7).Shenzhen Meteorological Observatory pointed out that typhoons are just surface reasons.

According to the Shenzhen Daily report, Shenzhen Meteorological Observatory made analysis of the reasons for extreme heavy rain recently on Friday (8th), and has discussed four main reasons.

Shenzhen Meteorological Observatory pointed out that the first is the residual circulation of the typhoon "anemone" for a long time. This circulation is stable and less in western Guangdong from 8 am from 8 am to Friday at 8 am, and Shenzhen is in the low -pressure east airflow convergence area, providing favorable conditions for the long time of heavy rainfall.Three air flow gaps near Shenzhen, coupled with the sudden strengthening of the monsoon at night, the rapids of the boundary layer have been sharply strengthened to 25 meters/s, so that the water vapor is in small range near Shenzhen.

The meteorological station says that weak and cold air is involved, and the superposition of low pressure, monsoon and weak cold air is conducive to the formation of the precipitation cloud group. As a result, the rainfall durates for a long time, and the cumulative rainfall is large.

Meteorological Observatory said that the extreme processes are sudden, local, extremely extreme, have a low predictability, and exceeded the scope of forecasting. "At present, this extreme rainstorm forecast is still a worldwide problem."

The Pearl River Delta, Guangdong, China, was attacked by heavy rain. The flood floods caused severe waterlogging in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Dongguan and other cities, and some areas were forced to stop classes.Shenzhen is one of the hardest hit areas of this heavy rainstorm. The rainfall broke the city's many pole values since 1952; Hong Kong was also affected by the "anemia" residual circulation, which dropped the heavy rain for hundreds of years.
