The social democratic connection of the Hong Kong Pan -civilian Party has once again criticized HSBC to close the organization's bank account.

According to the Wall Street Journal, five members of the Social Minnan Lianlian held protests outside the Hong Kong headquarters building of HSBC.

Zhou Jiafa, Vice Chairman of the Social Ministry, said that the organization's three accounts in HSBC were closed in March, and the funds in these accounts came from donations and previous savings.

After the Socialist requesting the bank to make an explanation, HSBC headquartered in London said in a letter that HSBC has carefully evaluated and insisted on closing the account decision.The date of this letter was on May 17, and the Wall Street Journal saw the letter.

Zhou Jiafa said: "We were abandoned by the government and could not even get basic banking services." He also said that the social people's connection was able to extract the remaining funds in the account.

A spokesman for HSBC said that based on the requirements of due diligence, "HSBC may decide that we will no longer be able to maintain banking relationships with some customers."
