China Resources Group said: "Recently, our group has discovered that criminals have registered the enterprise as a subsidiary of our group by falsifying related materials and other companies in our group.The following companies and their subsidiaries at all levels are counterfeit state -owned enterprises, which has no affiliation or equity relationship, nor does it have any relationships such as investment, cooperation, and business.P>
The group has called on all sectors of society to raise their vigilance, do not easily believe or participate in any activities of these counterfeit state -owned enterprises, so as not to be deceived and cause their own losses.If you find illegal crimes, please report to the public security organs as soon as possible.
China Resources Group said in another statement that they successively received reports from the masses and relevant units, saying that Nantong and La Trading Co., Ltd. claimed that China Resources Group subsidiaries carried out illegal business activities in many places."Nantong and La Trading Co., Ltd., its shareholders Guizhou Huawei Trading Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries under their under -levels are all counterfeit state -owned enterprises, and have no affiliation or equity relationship with our group."
