According to Reuters, sources who understand the plan revealed that Tiantuoguang can invest 400 million US dollars (about S $ 548 million) to build a plant with an area of 25 hectares (250,000 square meters).The project will begin production in 2025.
Another person involved in negotiating with Tianheguang said that Tiantuangneng could invest in Vietnam to invest 600 million US dollars.
