Baiyin City Meteorological Observatory issued a drought orange warning signal at noon on Tuesday. Severe meteorological droughts have appeared in Jingtai County, Baiyin District, Jingyuan County, and Pingchuan District.It is expected that in the next week, Jingtai County, Baiyin District, Jingyuan County and Pingchuan District will continue to maintain heavy meteorological drought.

According to the Gansu Provincial Meteorological Bureau, since June, Gansu Province has a small precipitation in the province and high temperature.Most of the province's precipitation is less than 20 % to 30 %, of which, the precipitation of Hexi and the northern part of Longzhong is 30 % to 50 %.In addition, 36 counties (districts) in the province have more than 35 degrees Celsius, and the range and number of daily high temperatures are more than the same period of the year.
