China National People's Congress Monday (March 13) held a closing meeting.The new Prime Minister of the State Council Li Qiang, the new vice chairman Han Zheng, and Ding Xuexiang, the new executive deputy prime minister of the State Council. The three leaders with the Shanghai background happened to be the second row of the podium, interacting and intimacy at the meeting. During the various voting matters, Li Qiang turned to the right and easily communicated with Han Zheng.
