Zimbabwe's first traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture talent training class opened on Friday (8th). 20 medical staff from this African country became the first batch of students.

According to Xinhua News Agency, these 20 students will learn Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment technology through three -month course training.

Zhu Wei, the person in charge of the training class and the captain of the China aid medical team, said that the training course belongs to the Training Project of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture Talent of the National Health and Health Commission and is hosted by the Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Provincial Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

He also said that he hoped to train a group of TCM acupuncture talents to train a group of TCM acupuncture talents for the training course, leaving a "traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture medical team" to continue to provide services to the people of Zimbabwe.

It is reported that this training course is established at the China-Zimbabwe traditional medicine acupuncture center at the Palenia Tuoba Hospital, the largest public hospital in Halleray, the capital of Zimbabwe,.The center has opened a Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment room, acupuncture and moxibustion treatment room, massage physiotherapy room, special technology training room, etc.
