Ding Xiangqun, a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Minister of the Organization Department of Anhui Province, serves as the secretary of the Party Committee of the People's Insurance Group of China.

According to the official website of the People's Insurance Group, the relevant person in charge of the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China attended the cadre meeting of the China People's Insurance Group Co., Ltd. on Tuesday (October 22) in the morning and announced the above decision.

Wang Tingke, who had previously served as the party committee secretary and chairman of the China Insurance Group, stepped down as the party secretary of the group in August this year.

According to Caixin.com, Ding Xiangqun is the first female helm since the founding of the Chinese Renbao.

Public information shows that Ding Xiangqun, a 59 -year -old, is a native of Huai'an, Jiangsu. He had previously worked in banking systems such as ABC, China Bank, and the National Bank of China for many years.Ding Xiangqun has graduated from Renmin University of China and has graduated from Renmin University of China.

In September 2018, Ding Xiangqun went to work in Anhui Province and served as the member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Minister of the Organization Department until the post was adjusted.In October 2022, Ding Xiangqun was elected as the 20th Central Alternate member.In July of this year, at the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee, she made up for the Central Committee.
