Wang Youpeng, Han nationality, born in November 1965, was born in Huanghua, Hebei, and joined the work in August 1988.
Wang Youpeng graduated from the Department of Architecture of Hunan University in August 1988. After graduating, he worked at the Shenzhen Architectural Design Institute., Deputy Director of the General Engineer Office of the General Hospital.
In June 1996, Wang Youpeng became the Deputy Director of the Executive Division of the Construction Regulations of the Shenzhen Municipal Planning Bureau of Planning.In July 2001, he served as the head of the Urban Design Division of the Shenzhen Municipal Planning and Land and Resources Bureau.In June 2004, he was the director of the Binhai Branch of the Shenzhen Municipal Planning Bureau.
In January 2006, he took the deputy director of the Shenzhen Municipal Planning Bureau. In August 2009, he became the deputy director of the Shenzhen Municipal Planning and Land and Resources Committee.
In March 2010, Wang Youpeng was transferred to the Standing Committee of the Longgang District Party Committee and Deputy District Chief of Shenzhen, and later served as the executive deputy head of the deputy district.In November 2011, he became the Deputy Secretary -General of the Shenzhen Municipal Government (at the level).In April 2012, he served as the secretary of the party group and director (director) of the Shenzhen Planning and Land and Resources Committee (Municipal Oceanic Administration).
