Robert Wood, USA, said today that the Bayeng government believes that the newly reduced strategic weapon treaty reached with Russia this week is the beginning of solving strategic problems such as multilateral arms control.
According to Reuters, Wood spoke at the UN Luggains of Labor, calling on the implementation of new military reserve control, "covering more weapons and eventually let more countries join."
Wood said, "The United States will also seek to join China in terms of nuclear weapons control and risk reduction. I hope that China can work with us.
The United States and Russia announced yesterday that they have extended the new treaty of new Start Arms Control Treaty for five years, retaining the latest treaties that restrict the deployment of two largest strategic nuclear arsenal in the world.
