According to the Lanzhou Daily, voted by the meeting of the 17th National People's Congress of Lanzhou City on Friday (December 15), and decided to appoint Xu Yongtie as the deputy mayor.
Local reports showed that Xu Yongtie participated in two public activities on November 25 and December 12 as leaders of Lanzhou.Among them, he hosted the "Belt and Road" Lanzhou on the 12th to enter Fuzhou exchange and promotion activities.
Public information shows that Xu Yong was born in Tainan, Taiwan. He was born in Xiamen, Fujian in January 1972, and joined the Chinese government in January 1993.
