Second, seat.On a business trip with several colleagues and take the high -speed rail.On the way, a young leader who just promoted said that he didn't like to sit in the middle seat. If a colleague wanted to change seats, I should change it myself. How can I change others without discussing it?However, I was not good at refuting in person, so I sat on the young leader, and then I sat in the seat of Sanlian sitting near the aisle.The female colleague asked me to sit up and say she was sitting here.I said: You sit inside.She said: I am a woman, how can you let me sit in the middle?I said: I didn't let you sit in the middle, you sit on the window of the window.

The young leader was embarrassed and took the initiative to sit back to the middle of his seat, and he had just sat, originally belonging to my seat, and the colleagues who got on the car were sitting.I am pondering the psychology of female colleagues: people who are almost 50 years old will not deliberately lead the leadership for promotion. It should be a level psychology.However, you just lead you to give up your seat. Why call others to give up?

Third, air conditioning.The air conditioner in the former office has two air -conditioning outlets, which are facing me and a deputy leader.The deputy leader was afraid of heat and cold. When others felt that it was not too hot or not too cold, he turned on the air conditioner.The air -conditioning wind speed is very high, and it cannot be adjusted. If it is blown straight, the cold wind is cold and the wind is irritable.The deputy leader has two monsters: the first monster, he wants to turn on the air conditioner, not to open his side, but come to me.I was wearing a thick jacket in summer and the windows opened in winter. He was indifferent.

The second monster, the office also has a deputy leader who does not like to turn on the air conditioner.When he turned off the air conditioner, the deputy leader who liked to blow the air conditioner didn't say anything; when I got off, the deputy leader was unwilling.At one time, when the leader who didn't like to blow the air conditioner was on business trips, the deputy leader who liked blowing turned on the air conditioner for a long time. In the face of my objection, he actually asked me to go out.The two of us often have lunch together, so I don't take it seriously.Unexpectedly, one office adjusted, he wanted to squeeze me out.Fortunately, other colleagues in the office stood on my side, and his little conspiracy did not succeed.
