In April 1950, the Marriage Law passed. This was the first formal law passed after the founding of the People's Republic of China, which aims to achieve the liberation of women marked by freedom of marriage. It can be said that from the beginning of the ruling, the Communist Party of China began to pay attention to human rights.

In the old China, under the oppression of the three mountains of imperialism, feudalism, and bureaucratic capitalism, the majority of people did not have human rights.Xu Xianming, vice president of the China Human Rights Research Association, described that 70 years ago, from the perspective of human rights, China had five mountains in poverty, disease, foolishness, chaos, and scattered. At that time, the Chinese per capita GDP was only 27 US dollars; the Chinese were degraded as the East Asian sick husband, and the per capita life span was less than 35 years old; the annual education period was less than one year, and about 90%of the Chinese were illiterate;Living in suffering; the people lack the common values foundation, such as a plate of scattered sand.

The establishment of the People's Republic of China means that in terms of law and politics, the Chinese people have stood up and started to become the owner of the country. The construction and development of China have also experienced a long period of continuous exploration and hard work.Human rights are not the pie falling from the sky, not from the beginning, nor is it from the other countries, but it can only be obtained by the majority of domestic people in a down -to -earth and hard work.Based on China's national conditions, China has taken the path of reform and opening up, vigorously developing the economy and integrating into the world. The Chinese began to become rich and gradually began to strengthen.

The 2016 China Human Development Report issued by the United Nations Development Planning Department and the State Council Development Research Center pointed out that according to the human development index, in 1980, China was a country with low human development. With the reform and opening up, China became a state of medium -human development in 1995, and in 2011 it became a country's development level. After 2010, China's human development index began to exceed the world average.Among the 47 countries in the low -human development level in 1990, China is the only country that has entered the level of high -human development.

The report pointed out that China's human development is reflected in various aspects such as income, poverty reduction, health, education, and political and social participation. Among them, the rapid economic growth has played a key role.In other words, while China has achieved rapid economic growth, the people -centered human development level has been effectively improved.China's development includes the development of human beings, and the progress of human rights protection is not an exaggeration to describe it with huge changes.

A country is like a person, and the state of development is a whole. The rule of law, development and human rights are the basic dimensions of national development, and they move their whole body.In the long run, it is difficult for any country to have a single -dimensional single -dimensional advancement, and any shortcomings will affect the overall development. One of the criteria for good law and good governance is respect for human rights, which is based on the level of economic and social development, but also conforms to and promotes development trends and trends. Sustainable development requires people -oriented and needs to be escorted by the rule of law.Compatible.It is not possible to see that China's economic development and the living standards of the people have improved, and the continuous improvement of China's democracy and the construction of the rule of law can not be seen.

In fact, China's development path is a process of building a road for Chinese -style tailoring and taking Chinese characteristics of politics, economy, culture, society, and ecological civilization.China has comprehensively promoting the footsteps of governing the country in accordance with the law, and China's democratic politics construction has continued to advance. Can't find the established standards, or is not the same as the Western model, but it cannot ignore or deny the process of China's democracy and the development of the rule of law.

The realization of human rights is neither achieved overnight nor one for all.China in developing countries still faces the complex situation of opportunities and challenges in the process of economic globalization. The road of reform and opening up is not smooth. However, with the accumulation of 70 years of achievement and experience, China is more confident.Looking at the future of human rights development, only better, no best!
