The Hong Kong survey shows that more than half of Hong Kong citizens will continue to maintain the habit of wearing masks and alcohol disinfection, which is much higher than the similar survey before the crown disease epidemic.
According to the Hong Kong News Agency, the Jockey Club of the Chinese University of Medicine of Hong Kong issued a investigation report on Monday (May 8th) of the School of Public Health and the School of Medicine of the Primary Medical College of Medicine. The report shows that compared with the crown disease epidemic, more respondents said that they would continue to take general non -drug prevention measures or personal hygiene habits, such as wearing a mask ratio from 21.3%to 58.1%.If respiratory symptoms occur without compulsory prevention measures, 61.5%of the respondents will spontaneously conduct crown disease rapid antigen tests.
In terms of vaccination, the survey showed that only 12.8%of the vaccine respondents intended to vaccinate the crown disease reinforcement agent; and only 18.8%of the respondents had vaccinated the latest flu vaccine.
The research team believes that there are far more respondents who maintain non -drug prevention measures than before the epidemic, showing that Hong Kong citizens have developed the habit of wearing masks and disinfection under the epidemic. In the future, infectious diseases are more likely to adapt to the behavior of reducing the risk of communication.
However, the durability of Hong Kong citizens to maintain non -drug prevention measures still need to be observed. This year's influenza, crown disease and other respiratory infections are still unknown to the potential impact of medical systems.
This survey was conducted on the Internet in March this year. A total of 611 respondents participated in the investigation, of which more than 65%were women and aged 25 to 44 years old.
