Data show that 90 % of the applicants for "Gao Cai Tong" approved by the Hong Kong government have come from mainland China.
According to the Sing Tao Daily, the Hong Kong Government launched the "Gao Cai Tong" plan "grabbing talents" at the end of December last year.On February 28 this year, the official has received 14,240 "Gao Cai Tong" applications, of which 8797 applications have been approved.
