According to Xinhua News Agency, the Panzhou Municipal Government of Guizhou Province reported that at about 8:10 am on Sunday (September 24), an accident occurred in Shanjiao Coal Mine in Panguan Town Panzhou City.The transportation glue was on fire, causing 16 people to be trapped.
