The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China Cyber Information Office published the website platform on the official website to accept the application specifications of the reporting of network infringement information in the enterprise.That is to confuse the imitation information of the enterprise's subject, the misleading information that affects the public's fair judgment, the rumor information that does not conform to the objective and actual corporate, degrades the insulting information of the enterprise or entrepreneur, and the leakage information that violates the personal privacy of entrepreneursAnd other information about the normal operation and development of the enterprise.
The website platform shall process eight -type misleading information in a timely manner, that is, to solve the original meaning of the news by adding and deleting information, changing the order, and adjusting the structure;The time, place and processing results of the old and the old things are re -released; the exaggerated title that is seriously inconsistent with the content; emphasizes unfavorable facts, avoids favorable facts, and is comprehensive;Interpret all kinds of public announcements; and other information that causes misunderstandings that cause public misunderstandings.
The Internet Information Office also proposes that the website platform should timely process rumors such as fictional entrepreneurs' privacy, fabricating entrepreneurs or corporate employees illegal crimes or moral dislocation, exaggerated enterprise or entrepreneurial production and operation difficulties.
