Korean game developer SmileGate's popular game lost Ark once automatically switched to the Chinese service area that has not yet been listed, and was protested by local players.
According to the Yonhap News Agency, the Korean game industry Sunday (July 2) news, the company apologized for this incident and promised to prevent similar issues from reproduceing.
The lost Ark upgraded on the 28th of last month and modified some of the characters.However, players have found that the appearance of the monster such as the zombies appearing in the game after the upgrade is changed to a rough humanoid.
The lost Ark will be listed in China on the 20th of this month. Players question that the Chinese version that is modified on the basis of the original version will also affect Korean servers.
In response, the company's person in charge explained that the relevant issues were not caused by the role of some characters in the Chinese version during the game upgrade, and the company will upgrade the problem again on the 5th.
