Public information shows that Lu Kehua is 60 years old, native of Puyang, Anhui.He has worked in the Ministry of Housing and Urban -Rural Development of China for a long time. In 2015, he served as the Deputy Minister of Housing and Construction. In 2018, he was transferred to the deputy mayor of Chongqing. In 2022, he served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Chongqing Municipal Party Committee and executive deputy mayor.
According to the WeChat account "Chang'an Street Knowing" of Beijing Daily, Lu Kehua's last public appearance was on the afternoon of October 21, and he hosted a work meeting in Chongqing at the time.Since then, he has been absent from many important meetings in the local area.
