According to the WeChat account "Chang'an Street Knowledge", a subsidiary of Beijing Daily, reported on Wednesday (October 30) that the relevant information of the State Administration of Taxation Shaanxi Provincial Taxation Bureau of the Communist Party of China and Director Bao Donghong has been recently from Shaanxi.The tax bureau's official website was withdrawn.Search shows that no information related to "Bao Donghong" was found under all classifications of the website.

Caixin.com quoted people familiar with the matter on the same day that Bao Donghong had been taken away for more than 10 days. He was a husband and wife relationship with Zhao Jinyun.

Earlier, the State Administration of Discipline Inspection of the CPC Central Committee reported on October 25 that Zhao Jinyun, deputy governor of Gansu, was suspected of serious duties and is currently under investigation.Her last public event was August 31st this year.

In October 2020, Bao Donghong was transferred to the director of the State Administration of Taxation Shaanxi Provincial Taxation Bureau.
