A collective funding for the misappropriation and invading 170 million yuan (RMB and S $ 315 billion) of the original community secretary in Liaoning, China was sued.
The official website of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Liaoning Province reported on Tuesday (July 9) to report a number of typical cases of high -rural collective "three capitals" (funds, assets, resources) management.
The suspect of the case is Cao Jun, the former party branch secretary of the Kongtai community of Shouzhan Town, Liaoyang City, Liaoyang City.
The notification stated that from 2013 to 2022, Cao Jun used the convenience of his position to misappropriate collective funds of 87.3 million yuan and occupy 82.8 million yuan in collective funds.Cao Jun also exists in other violations of discipline and law.
Cao Jun was expelled from the Communist Party of China in May 2024, and was transferred to the procuratorate for review and prosecution in accordance with the law.
