China Global Times reported yesterday (30th) that the annual polls announced by the Global Public Opinion Center under the Global Times found that 71.2%of the respondents believed that "wolf diplomacy" was a diplomatic attitude in China.Among these 70%of the respondents, nearly half (47.9%) believed that China ’s response to“ wolf diplomacy ”was tough enough, and exceeding 20%(23.3%) said it was not tough.Another 4.5%of the respondents believe that the response of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is relatively tough and should converge. From the perspective of 2.9%of the respondents, the response of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is too tough to converge.
Lu Xiang, a researcher at the American Institute of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, believes that some politicians and media people in Western countries have the blame of the so -called Chinese "wolf diplomacy".The "boring sayings", and said that these people can cite the examples, all of which are Chinese foreign agencies to attack some bottomless attacks, discredit and abuse, and "explain the truth of the facts."

When asked how the international image in China has changed in recent years, 77.9%of the respondents have given positive evaluations that China's international image has increased in recent years; less than 10%(8.9%) of (8.9%)Interviewees believe that China's international image remains unchanged; only 6.6%of the respondents believe that China's international image is worse.
As for the reasons for the improvement of China's international image, 72.6%of the respondents believe that China has effectively controlled the new crown pneumonia's epidemic situation as one of the reasons for China's image improvement in the international community.Other important reasons include "high economic development driven the global economy" (65.6%), "maintaining good and pragmatic diplomatic relations with most countries around the world" (63.9%), "earnestly fulfilling international responsibilities and obligations of great powers" (63.4%)wait.
