This year marks the 60th anniversary of the release of the Taiwan People's Self -Rescue Movement Declaration in 1964. The Peng Mingmin Culture and Education Foundation hosted the 60th Anniversary Seminar of the Taiwan People's Self -rescue Movement Declaration Seminar on Thursday (September 12).In his speech, Lai Qingde said that although many ideals in the declaration have been realized, they still have to continue to promote the unfinished goals in this sport.

Peng Mingmin was the youngest director of the Political Department of Taiwan University. He was a consultant to the Republic of China in the United Nations delegation. He was elected as the first top ten outstanding youth in 1963.hansome.
