Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) will be officially implemented from Thursday (December 14).
According to the announcement of the General Administration of China Customs, Customs and Australia's customs signed the Customs Department of the People's Republic of China in November 2017 and the Australian Immigration and Border Defense Agency and the Border Law Enforcement.The arrangement of mutual recognition of Australian integrity traders will be officially implemented since December 14, 2023.
After the mutual recognition is implemented, China and Australia recognize each other's AEO to provide customs clearance for imports from the other AEO company.
The announcement pointed out that convenient measures to give each other AEO companies with each other include: to speed up the passage of documents and real goods inspection;Considering the qualifications of AEO enterprises; designated customs liaison officers to communicate and deal with problems encountered in customs clearance; it is committed to providing fast customs clearance after international trade interruption and recovery.
