China officially announced that the Chinese PLA Navy Zhanjiang Ship and Xuchang Ship will go to Indonesia to participate in the "Komo-20123" multi-nation-to-sea joint exercises held in early June.

The Chinese Ministry of Defense website released the news on Wednesday (May 31).

According to the Zhongtong News Agency, Hong Kong, the organizer will arrange all the participating ships to arrive at the exercise convergence point, and anchor the designated area under the guidance of the Indonesian naval warship.Later, the participating officers and soldiers of various countries participated in the opening ceremony of the exercise, engineering civil rescue, medical rescue, urban tour, cultural and sports competitions, and coral reef reconstruction.

Multi -national ships will also conduct joint performances on maritime subjects around maritime intercepting, testing, and voyage drills.

The first Komodo National Navy exercise was held from March 29th to April 3rd, 2014, and was held at the Auna Bass Islands and Naida Sea in Liaine Islands, Indonesia. At that time, 18 countries participated.In August 2020, it was held in Jakarta and Banggaipulidong, including 54 countries including Asia, the Americas, Europe, and Africa.
