According to Xinhua News Agency, the 36th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress held a closing meeting in Beijing on the morning of Friday (September 2).The meeting voted to adopt the anti -telecommunications network fraud law of the People's Republic of China and the newly revised Agricultural Quality and Safety Law of the People's Republic of China.

Anti -telecommunications network fraud law will be implemented from December 1, 2022.

A total of 7 chapters of the anti -telecommunications network fraud law, including general rules, telecommunications governance, financial governance, Internet governance, comprehensive measures, legal responsibilities, attachments, etc.

Xinhua News Agency reported that the bill adheres to the people -centered, coordinated development and security, based on all aspects, full -chain prevention of telecommunications network fraud, accurate efforts, and providing powerful legal laws for anti -telecommunications network fraud work.support.
