Wang Ning, deputy secretary of the Fujian Provincial Party Committee of the Communist Party of China, was elected governor of Fujian today (15th).

According to the China Fujian Daily, the Fujian Provincial People's Congress adopted a non -name voting method on the day, and Wang Ning was elected as the governor.

Public information shows that Wang Ning, 59, has worked in the construction department for many years. In 2013, he served as the deputy minister of the Ministry of Housing and Urban -Rural Development.

In 2015, Wang Ning took airborne to Fujian. He was a member of the Standing Committee of the Fujian Provincial Party Committee, the Minister of the Organization Department, and the secretary of the Fuzhou Municipal Party Committee.

Since 2018, he has been promoted to the Deputy Secretary of the Fujian Provincial Party Committee. In July this year, he also served as deputy governor and agent governor. In August, he no longer served as the secretary of the Fuzhou Municipal Party Committee.
