Wang Sanyun took advantage of the convenience of being the secretary of the Liupanshui Municipal Party Committee of Guizhou Province, the deputy secretary of the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee, the governor of Anhui, and the secretary of the Gansu Provincial Party Committee, as well as the convenient conditions formed by his powers and status to seek benefits for others and illegally accept huge amounts of property from others.He was held criminally responsible for accepting bribes.
